We want you to absolutely love your new leggings. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

Have all original tags and packaging attached.

Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
⚠️ Non-returnable items:

Final sale or clearance items.

Gift cards.
-
Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page.
2. How to Start a Return

Email us at service@gloyu.co with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and send you the return instructions.

Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided in our email.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that we have received your item.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refund times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
4. Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. Instead:

Please return the original item for a refund.

Then place a new order for the item you’d like.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@gloyu.co with photos of the issue.
We’ll send a replacement or process a full refund — at no additional cost to you.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank or credit card account again.

Contact your payment provider.

If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at service@gloyu.co.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may request a return after receiving it.
